Adom TV's Tima Kumkum Wins Showbiz Star Foundation of the Year

TV and radio presenter, Cynthia Tima Yeboah, popularly known as Tima Kumkum has won the Showbiz Star of the year at the Africa Tertiary Entrepreneurs Awards (ATEA).
The event took place over the weekend at the Tom Reik Hotel at East Legon, Accra.
Tima emerged the winner in a tight category including Rosemond Brown Foundation, Eno Boakyewaa Foundation, Konamah Projects and actress Vicky Zugah’s foundation among others.

Kumawood teen actress, Maame Yaa Jackson, has revealed that she once dated a Member of Parliament (MP) but dumped him because he failed to provide all her needs. The MP, she stated, refused to open a makeup shop for her because she was not sleeping with him. According to her, it will not be in the best of a poor guy to date her because she will likely cheat on him to get her needs provided. A 19-year-old Abena, representing the Eastern Region, has been adjudged the winner of this year’s Ghana’s Most Beautiful beauty pageant. She narrowly beat competition from three other finalists – Ohema from the Brong Ahafo, Wekia from the Upper East and Afrah from the Ashanti region – to wear the coveted crown and hold the bragging rights for the next year. Abena, who has been consistent with her performances throughout the 13-week competition and won the most coveted “Star performer” title four times, proved at the grand finale on Sunday night that she was the obvious choice for the crown, cash and the car.
